Attention Patch Collectors

Thank you in advance for your interest in our department patch. Unfortunately we have changed our policy on giving out patches since the terrorist attacks on 9-11.

On the advice of the Department of Homeland Security and the International Association of Fire Chiefs we no longer give out patches in an attempt to keep them out of the hands of people who might use them to do harm to our country and/or our citizens.

Although I am sure that your desire for a patch is honest and sincere and your project noble, we are unable to give out patches at this time.
